Find the product you want by browsing though the product ranges and clicking on the pictures or links to find out more details.

Select the item you wish to buy, type the quantity you want in the box provided, then click the BUY button. This will take you to the Shopping Cart Page.
If you wish to carry on shopping click the Continue Shopping button link on the bottom of the Shopping Cart Page.

Check the items and quantities in your shopping cart are correct.
When you have everything in your shopping cart that you require, select a delivery method and if you have a special discount code enter it into the box provided.
Click the Checkout button.
Fill in your billing and delivery details and press continue, this will take you to the payment page.
Choose the method you wish to pay by and then follow the instructions.

Postage and Delivery

The weight of the order is calculated during checkout, so that the postage charge can be accurately determined. Every effort is made to package up all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. We aim to dispatch orders in stock within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Items which are not in stock usually take 2-5 days unless stated otherwise on the website. The parcel will be shipped according to the shipment instruction that you provide with the order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch

UK Customers - First Class delivery - you should receive your order within 2 working days .

Europe Customers - you should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

Overseas Customers - you should receive your order within 5 to 7 working days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely happy with the items you receive so we offer a complete refund under the following conditions : if the items you receive are damaged in any way they may be returned within 10 days. Also if goods are not liked they maybe returned within 7 days in a condition fit for resale. Refunds can only be given if goods are received so we recommend that you use recorded post.
By law we must allow a "cooling off" period where by the customer can change their mind and cancel or return the order within 7 working days with no loss other than postage and packing.

Almond House is registered with the Data Protection Act and do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. We never have access to your credit card details.
